Our story, our mission
Discover the heart behind The Other Side Havoc Youth Sports & Mentoring. Learn about our commitment to empowering youth in Cleveland through sports and dedicated mentorship.

Our journey and renewed purpose
The Renegades Youth Sports Program, a long-standing part of the Cleveland community, is being rebuilt under The Other Side Havoc Youth Sports & Mentoring. Our renewed focus is on mentorship, structure, and opportunity for youth ages 5–14. We provide free football, basketball, and cheer, aiming to build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.

Empowering youth, building futures
Our program creates a safe, structured environment where young athletes are supported by positive role models and given the tools to succeed both in sports and in life. By removing financial barriers through free enrollment, equipment support, and mentorship, we aim to reach 80–100 youth each season and continue expanding our impact across Cleveland communities. We serve youth ages 5-14, striving to bring kids back into sports and emphasize the importance of academic support.

More than just sports
What makes The Other Side Havoc Youth Sports & Mentoring (Home of the Renegades) stand out is our focus on developing the whole child—not just the athlete. While many programs focus strictly on competition, ours is built on mentorship, life skills, and rebuilding confidence in youth from underserved communities. We understand that many young people face barriers such as financial hardship, lack of guidance, and limited access to structured activities. That’s why we provide free access to football, basketball, cheer and track, ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate—regardless of their situation.
"At The Other Side Havoc, we want young people to gain far more than athletic skills—we want them to gain direction, confidence, and a sense of purpose."
